Demand collection
Specialized R&D engineers connect with customers to record in detail the purpose, performance requirements, size specifications, material preferences and other information of customized products.
Collect relevant drawings or samples provided by customers. If the drawing format does not meet the requirements, it needs to be converted and optimized to ensure that the drawings are clear and accurate.
Understand the customer's use environment, including temperature, humidity, corrosion, etc., to provide a basis for product design.
Technical evaluation
The R&D team will conduct a technical feasibility evaluation within 3 working days after receiving the requirements, including material selection, production process, equipment adaptability, etc.
Simulate and calculate the performance indicators of customized products, such as load-bearing, temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., to ensure that customer needs are met.
Evaluate the production cycle and cost, and provide customers with a detailed evaluation report, including technical solutions, quotations, delivery time, etc. Customized product design and development
Design specifications
Use professional design software such as CAD and SolidWorks for product design, and follow relevant industry standards during the design process, such as the DL/T standard in the power industry and the YD/T standard in the communications industry.
For special-shaped products with complex structures, 3D modeling and finite element analysis are required to verify the structural strength and stability of the product.
After the design is completed, an internal review is organized, and at least 3 senior engineers review the design plan to ensure that the design is reasonable.
Prototype production and testing
Prototype samples are made according to the design drawings. Prototype production uses rapid prototyping technology (such as 3D printing) or manual production to ensure that the prototype is consistent with the design.
Prototype samples are fully tested, including performance testing, dimensional testing, environmental adaptability testing, etc., and the test data must be recorded in detail.
Feedback the test results to the customer, and make modifications and optimizations based on customer opinions until the customer is satisfied.
Customized product production and quality control
Production process formulation
Based on prototype samples and test results, detailed production process documents are formulated, including process flow, process parameters, equipment models, operating specifications, etc.
For special processes, operators need to undergo special training, and they can only take up their posts after passing the assessment.
During the production process, quality control points are set for key processes, and a dedicated person is responsible for checking to ensure that the process parameters meet the requirements.
Quality inspection
After the production of customized products is completed, full inspection is carried out, and the inspection items include appearance, size, performance, material, etc. The inspection standards are consistent with the requirements confirmed by the customer.
5% of each batch of products are randomly selected for destructive testing, such as stretching, impact, etc., to ensure stable product quality.
Provide customers with detailed inspection reports, including inspection data, test methods, qualified standards, etc., to ensure that customers have a clear understanding of product quality.
