It is specially designed for the optical cable overhead pulling system, and is used to firmly fix the suspension wire or steel strand of the self-supporting optical cable on the supporting structures such as the tension tower, corner tower, and terminal tower, so as to realize the tension anchoring and positioning of the optical cable. It is suitable for outdoor overhead wiring scenes such as ADSS optical cable and self-supporting optical cable, and ensures the stable laying of optical cable lines under different terrain and climatic conditions, and avoids the displacement and loosening of optical cables due to changes in wind force and tension.

Self-locking fastening, safe and reliable
Utilizing the mechanical principles of the wedge structure, the greater the tension in the optical cable, the tighter the fit between the wedge and the main body, and the "self-anchoring" effect can be achieved without the need for additional bolts to tighten, effectively preventing the optical cable from slipping and loosening, and ensuring line safety.

Easy installation and improved efficiency
During construction, you only need to pass the optical cable suspension line into the wedge-shaped cavity and use a tool to gently push the wedge block to complete the locking without complicated debugging; it is adaptable to a variety of optical cable specifications and compatible with common pole tower hardware interfaces, greatly shortening the construction time.

Technical Parameters

Preparation: Confirm the type of optical cable (the self-supporting type needs to separate the suspension wire) and specifications, and check that the fixture has no damage and all parts are complete;

Threading and fixing: insert the optical cable suspension wire into the wire inlet of the wedge-shaped clamp, straighten it along the wedge-shaped cavity, and ensure that the suspension wire fits the wedge;

Wedge locking: Use a special tool (or press manually) to push the wedge block so that the hanging wire and the wedge cavity are tightly engaged. If there is no slippage when pulling lightly, the locking is complete.

Pull ring anchoring: Hang the top pull ring into the preset tension hook, insulator string and other hardware on the pole tower, check the connection firmness, and complete the installation.
